Will the piece look different from the real thing?
It should not. The stone, metal, colour and size stay as photographed; only the backdrop and light change. If anything could mislead a buyer, we redo it.
Can I use these on Etsy and other marketplaces?
Marketplaces ask for photos that show the item accurately. Because the piece is unchanged and labelled, ours are built for that. Keep at least one plain photo in every listing and check each platform's own rules.
Why is there an Illustrative label?
UK consumer law bans misleading images. The label tells buyers the photo has a new setting and light.
Whose photos are they?
Yours. The free demo uses photos that are already public. You keep all rights to what we deliver.
What if I do not like the result?
We redo it free. If it still is not right, you do not pay.
